Dr. Che graduated from Stanford University in 1996. His research interests include economics of organizations and institutions with application to transition and developing economies and the Chinese economy in particular. One of his previous studies, which appeared in the Quarterly Journal of Economics examined the government ownership as a commitment devise in the insecure property rights environments. He is currently working on issues related to soft-budget constraints, financial reform, dual-track liberalization, the evolution of government ownership, and the political economy aspects of economic reform.

Professor William Easterly got his Ph.D. in Economics from MIT in 1985. His primary fields of interest includes Africa, economic development and growth, macroeconomics of developing countries, political economy. He also serves as editor of BE Press Journals in Economics and Growth of Developing Areas, and associate editor for Journal of Development Economics.

赫克曼（James Heckman）是芝加哥大学Henry Schultz杰出成就经济学教授。赫克曼在经济学领域的研究内容涉及社会项目评估、非连续选择和纵向数据的计量经济学模型、劳工市场经济学以及收入分配的模型选择等等。赫克曼的主要贡献是提出对统计数据的选择偏差进行纠正的简单可行的理论和方法。2000年他以“对分析选择性抽样的原理和方法所做出的发展和贡献”获得诺贝尔经济学奖。

Professor Vladimir Voevodsky, whose field within mathematics is algebraic geometry, is known for his work in the homology theory of schemes, algebraic K-theory, and interrelations between algebraic geometry and algebraic topology. He has been concerned with a synthesis of algebraic geometry and homotopy theory, two major branches of modern mathematics.
Professor Vladimir Voevodsky is one of 2002 Fields medalist for developing a new cohomology theory for algebraic varieties.

Robert Mundell教授是美国哥伦比亚大学经济学教授，是最优货币区域理论的首创者，被誉为“欧元之父”，同时也是财政与货币政策合理配制理论、从货币角度研究国际收支理论及供给学的先驱。多年来，他先后担任过联合国、世界银行、国际货币基金组织、加拿大政府、美国联邦银行、美国财政部及欧洲经济委员会的高级顾问。Robert Mundell教授作为金融专家，多年来对中国的经济金融改革也给予了高度的关注。
1965年、1974年、1998年和2000年他先后在普林斯顿大学、英国剑桥大学等著名学府讲学,一直担任联合国、国际货币基金组织、世界银行等国际机构和加拿大、欧洲国家政府及美国联邦储备局顾问。1997年获美国经济学会颁发的杰出人士奖，1998年被选为美国艺术和科学院院士，1999年获诺贝尔经济学奖。
