Department of Business Statistics & Econometrics, Guanghua School of Management at Peking University is seeking candidates for tenure-track assistant professor positions in Econometrics and Statistics, starting in 2010. For the Econometrics positions, Ph.D in Econometrics or Statistics with a good concentration of econometrics is required. For the Statistics position, Ph.D in Statistics or Probability is required. We particularly encourage those with strong background on mathematical finance, stochastic analysis and processes, and financial modeling to apply for the Statistics position.

Other requirements for these positions are a strong research background and potentials, excellent communication skills and an interest in teaching. Teaching MBA courses is expected, and teaching is conducted in Chinese and English.
