主讲人介绍：

邵子力于1984年毕业于中国政法大学，1991年毕业于墨尔本大学。此前曾在北京的中信律师事务所（C&C Law Office）、墨尔本的Westbank Banking Corporation、万盛国际律师事务所（Mallesons Stephen Jaques），以及安德慎律师事务所（Allens Arthur Robinson）等机构任职。从1998年起至2009年4月，他担任年利达的中国区管理合伙人，对于与中国有关的跨境企业事务、并购交易、大型基建项目等领域相当熟悉。2010年1月开始，他出任摩根大通中国区董事长兼首席执行长。
