职位描述(Job Description)

岗位职责(Responsibilities)：

· Responsible for the development and execution of the school's annual international marketing plan

· Responsible for the delivery of projects or campaigns as defined in the annual marketing plan

· Establish relationships with potential partners in the international business community

· Manage Guanghua’s website and international social media presence on LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram

· Provide innovative and marketing lead solutions that support the school’s overall international marketing objectives

· Assist program-level marketing teams in the planning and execution of specific international marketing campaigns

应聘条件(Requirements):

· Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred

· Excellent written and oral English ability (Native or near-native English ability)

· Professional fluency in Chinese

· International marketing experience, launching or growing a brand

· Understanding of brand management – both development & maintenance

· Understanding of strategic development and implementation of marketing communications

· Ability to stay effective under pressure

· Ability to deal with moving priorities and deadlines

· Ability to influence others in order to pull informal teams together to deliver effective results

· 2+ years of international marketing experience

· Experience working in international social media

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Strong presentation skills and high social competence
