岗位职责

1. assessing students' personal characteristics, skills and interests via one-to-one interviews or group sessions;

2. providing appropriate help, advice and recommendations based on CVs and mock interviews;

3. exploring and identifying potential career opportunities for MBA students, attending company meetings/visits;

4. organizing career workshops, marketing and promoting services;

5. offering practical assistance with job-seeking, applications and interviews;

6. helping students to solve problems and manage their own careers;

7. undertaking general administration when needed.

应聘条件

1. bachelor degree or above from reputable universities;

2. five years working experience or plus, familiar with at least one of the following industries: finance, consumer goods, TMT, pharmaceutical, or manufacture;

3. a high level of communication and listening skills;

4. the ability to motivate and build arapportwith people;

5. an empathetic, non-judgmental and ethical approach;
